We will do our very best to ensure that your purchases are of the finest quality. However, if you do receive an item which is faulty, please contact us straight away. Under the Consumer Guarantees Act, we guarantee that we will remedy any fault or, if unable to remedy such fault, will replace or refund your original purchase price.
If the garment has been worn, it would be appreciated if it was laundered before return.
Information collected for the purposes of in-store loyalty customer clubs will never be passed on, shared, or sold. This information is collected with the customer's knowledge and agreement and is used only to enhance the in-store service we provide and for the purposes explained at point of sale.
We guarantee that all garments stocked by Flair of Remuera are genuine imports, personally ordered on indent, and brought into New Zealand direct from established European fashion houses.
